This home comes with your own private dock to keep your boat, swim, fish, or just to sit and enjoy the view. The private dock to this home is located just a quick walk from the home.
Lake Sequoyah is connected by a navigable channel to Lake Thunderbird, the largest lake in Cherokee Village. Two championship 18 hole golf courses, Cherokee Village Town Center, Thunderbird Marina, and other amenities are all located just a few minutes away.
